Shipping & Delivery Policy
Digital Products (Sewing Patterns)
All sewing patterns are delivered digitally as PDF downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An immediate download link on your order confirmation page, and
- A download link emailed to the address provided at checkout, sent automatically via Shopify
No physical item will be shipped for digital pattern purchases. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email details. If you haven't received your download link within a few hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at jenna@loamlinegroup.com.
Physical Products (Garments & Small-Batch Items)
- Stocked vs. made-to-order: Each product listing will clearly specify whether an item is ready to ship (in stock), made to order OR pre-order. Please check the listing before purchasing if timing matters to you.
- Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.
-
Made-to-order & pre-order items: Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be specified on the individual product listing, and reconfirmed in your order confirmation email once purchased. Made-to-order timelines may vary depending on current order volume.
- General shipping times (within Australia): Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days to metro areas and 5–10 business days to regional or remote areas via Australia Post. These are general guides only and not guaranteed delivery windows.
- International shipping: Typically 5–10 business days to most major destinations via Australia Post International Standard, though delivery times can vary due to customs processing and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Lost or delayed parcels: Loamline Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier once an order has been dispatched.
