1. About Loamline Studio Loamline Studio is an Australian-based sewing pattern and small-batch garment business. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Intellectual Property All sewing patterns, instructions, artwork, branding, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Loamline Studio and protected under copyright and trademark law (Loamline® is a registered trademark). Patterns are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:
- Print and use the pattern to make garments for personal use or as gifts
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the pattern file (digital or printed) with others
- Reproduce the pattern for commercial manufacturing without express written permission
- Claim the design as your own
3. No Commercial Use Loamline Studio patterns are licensed for personal use only. You may not sell, offer for sale, or otherwise commercially distribute any garment, product, or item made using a Loamline Studio pattern, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. This applies regardless of quantity — there is no small-batch or "home business" exception under this licence.
4. Order Acceptance & Pricing All prices are listed in AUD. As a sole trader not currently registered for GST, prices do not include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Loamline Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our patterns or products, including sewing errors, fabric wastage, or fit issues resulting from failure to follow provided measurements and instructions. This does not exclude any guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
